Royal lilies

I would like to present my new artwork that I’ve finished last December, a bouquet of white lilies.

Last October, I’ve visited the Château de Vaux le Vicomte for the first time.

I enjoyed the tour.

When I was in the train travelling back to Montpellier from Paris, I thought about the château , its history and I saw in my mind a big bouquet of white lilies in a blue and white vase…

I wanted these floral artworks to enter your homes, that’s why I’ve created a set of 9 note cards.

I chose to print note cards because writing by hand is very important to me.

An sudden vision troubled my mind

Hello everyone!

Last year, the coronavirus came into our lives and turned everything upside down : our routines, our doubts, our certainties. It changed our hopes, our plans and our vision of things.

Towards the end of the first lockdown, I had a particularly interesting walk in nature. I could feel the infinity of the Sky, the magnificence of the Earth, the feeling of freedom, I had the awareness of being small, not frail but humble in front of life.
